Quotes are calculated based on the estimated time required, the complexity of the medical terminology, and the turnaround speed requested. I provide a breakdown in GBP before any work begins to ensure full transparency.

Are there minimum commitment periods for retainer options?

While ad-hoc support has no minimum, practice admin retainers typically start with a one-month initial term, followed by a rolling monthly agreement. This allows you to scale support up or down as work volume changes.

How is urgent or out-of-hours work priced?

Urgent transcription or administrative requests (such as same-day turnaround) may incur a small premium. I will always discuss these rates with you upfront in GBP before proceeding with expedited tasks.

How and when are invoices issued?

Invoices are issued monthly in arrears. Payments are due in GBP within 14 days. For specific transcription projects, invoicing may occur upon completion of the scoped work.
